We are looking for an experienced CDL Driver / Dump Truck Operator to join our growing team. This position will operate one of our brand-new fully automatic dump trucks and requires a Class A CDL license with combination vehicle and air brake endorsements. Responsibilities include safely loading and unloading dump trucks, transporting and hauling materials, and occasionally loading and unloading hauling equipment. We are seeking a dependable and skilled operator with prior experience driving and working with dump trucks who can operate safely and efficiently on job sites and public roads.

We are seeking an experienced CDL Driver / Vac Truck Operator to join our team. This position operates a fleet of hydro-excavation trucks to support utility work, debris hauling, and drill mud hauling. The ideal candidate is highly skilled at maneuvering large trucks in tight spaces, able to identify hazards on the jobsite, and knowledgeable in 811 utility locating procedures. A minimum of two years’ experience operating CDL vehicles, including off-road driving, is required. This is a hands-on role supporting critical underground utility operations, and it offers the opportunity to work with a professional and safety-focused team.

 As a Gas Crew Laborer, you will work directly under the Gas Crew Foreman on natural gas distribution projects, including the installation and maintenance of mains and services. This entry-level role is perfect for highly motivated individuals who want to start a career in the natural gas industry. Responsibilities include assisting the crew with daily tasks, practicing safe digging and utility locating procedures, and supporting pipe installation and other jobsite activities. No prior experience is necessary – we will train you from the ground up. Construction experience, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record are preferred but not required. Join our team as a Sewer Line Inspection Laborer and play a vital role in maintaining underground utility systems. This position assists the Foreman with inspecting and locating sewer lines using camera equipment and locating tools. Responsibilities include pushing camera equipment through sewer laterals, performing minor repairs and cleanouts, digging as needed, and helping ensure each job is completed safely and efficiently. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.  As the Sewer Line Inspection Foreman, you will lead a crew performing camera inspections and locating sewer laterals using advanced CCTV equipment and locating tools. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, pushing and operating cameras, installing cleanouts, performing minor repairs, and ensuring accurate documentation. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of gravity sewer systems. A valid driver’s license and the ability to operate company vehicles is required.  As an HDD Driller Laborer, you will work directly with the drill operator, locator, and foreman to support all aspects of horizontal directional drilling (HDD) operations. Responsibilities include potholing utilities using safe digging practices, assisting with pipe setup and pullback, and performing a variety of tasks to keep the drill crew running efficiently. Familiarity with 811 and underground utility locating is helpful but not required. No prior experience is necessary – we will train you from the ground up.  As a Relight Technician, you will be responsible for connecting new natural gas services to existing piping at residential and commercial properties. This includes hanging gas meters, tying in piping, relighting appliances, and working directly with customers, homeowners, and the gas company. You will coordinate with supervisors to prioritize addresses and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. We are looking for an experienced Hard Surface Restoration Foreman to lead our concrete and asphalt crews. This position oversees the installation and repair of aprons, driveways, sidewalks, and curb and gutter while managing a team and ensuring quality work. Candidates should have proven experience in asphalt and concrete work, be able to operate heavy equipment (backhoes, loaders, excavators, rollers, etc.), and hold a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred). We are seeking motivated Hard Surface Restoration Laborers / Finishers to join our asphalt and concrete crews. This position works alongside the foreman and team members to install and repair aprons, driveways, sidewalks, and curb and gutter. Responsibilities include preparing job sites, placing and finishing concrete, assisting with asphalt paving, and operating or supporting the operation of heavy equipment as needed. Previous experience in concrete or asphalt work is preferred, but we will train the right candidates. A valid driver’s license is preferred (CDL a plus). The Bollard Foreman is responsible for overseeing the daily route and ensuring the safe, high-quality installation of bollards around gas meters in full compliance with company standards. This role works directly with the Bollard Laborer and manages all aspects of the installation process, including concrete saw cutting, core drilling, 811 utility locating, patching concrete and asphalt, epoxy work, and setting pavers and bricks as required. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with a variety of construction techniques, and the ability to problem-solve in the field. A valid driver’s license is required. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and ensuring job sites are completed safely and on time.

The Bollard Laborer works directly under the Bollard Foreman to assist with the safe and efficient installation of bollards around gas meters. Responsibilities include helping set up tools and equipment each day, stocking and maintaining the work truck, following 811 utility locating laws and safe digging practices, and keeping job sites clean and organized. This role also involves interacting with homeowners, customers, and team members in a professional manner.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to follow directions, and take pride in protecting tools and equipment from damage. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on skills and grow into a long-term career.
