This role works directly with the Bollard Laborer and manages all aspects of the installation process, including concrete saw cutting, core drilling, 811 utility locating, patching concrete and asphalt, epoxy work, and setting pavers and bricks as required. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience with a variety of construction techniques, and the ability to problem-solve in the field. A valid driver’s license is required. This is a leadership role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and ensuring job sites are completed safely and on time.

The Bollard Laborer works directly under the Bollard Foreman to assist with the safe and efficient installation of bollards around gas meters. Responsibilities include helping set up tools and equipment each day, stocking and maintaining the work truck, following 811 utility locating laws and safe digging practices, and keeping job sites clean and organized. This role also involves interacting with homeowners, customers, and team members in a professional manner.
The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to follow directions, and take pride in protecting tools and equipment from damage. A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to build hands-on skills and grow into a long-term career.
